It’s that time again!! Friday Night Lacrosse at the Sensplex.

Time – 9:30 – 11:00 PM  – notice the extra 30 mins!

Cost – $125(slightly higher this year paying more for 90 min sessions & our rates went up 37% by the good folks at Capital Sports Management despite our protests)

Location –Sensplex Kanata

Format – Maters style, only 1 large full field , full goalies on Sr net, over and back rule in effect, be respectful/courteous with floor time, balance teams as much as possible, self-referee plus Matt Firth and I as supervisors to enforce the No Asshole rule…

Rules – this is intended to be fun, fast and social. There will be a mix of players and ages. We encourage face pace with lots off ball movement. We discourage 3 fakes inside what would be the crease area … not cool for the goalies!

Couples of things:

Pinnies – bring a black and white t shirt.

Payment – you must pay prior to entering the field. Cheques payable at $125 to Jason Tasse.

Waiver – you must sign a waiver prior to stepping on the field for your first session.

Goalies – we have two goalies confirmed and 2 backups on call (if available). It is really important that our goalies let me know if they cannot be there 3 days in advance.
